The following General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”) apply to the use of the website https://shoca24.com. Issued by the owner and operator cobrandingcard24/7 GmbH, with registered office at 8051 Thal, Daimlerweg 4, Austria (hereafter referred to as “cbc24/7”).
1 object of the contract
Under the brand name “shoca24.com”, cbc24/7 offers its users via her Internet pages advertising materials such as banners or text links, forwarding to companies or Internet service providers, etc. After forwarding, the user can make use of the services offered by Internet retailers , whereby the respective orders come directly between the user and the respective Internet dealer.The delivery of the goods and the completion of the business takes place directly between the respective InterNet contract dealer and the user.With free use, the user is entitled in accordance with these terms and conditions to that of cbc24/7 advertising platform and to use goods and / or services from advertising partners.
By using shoca24.com, the user expressly declares that he / she is using the services of cbc24/7 in accordance with the applicable law under these terms and conditions.
2 Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to all services of cbc24/7, and thus to all legal relationships between cbc24/7 and its users. It is noted that the purchases themselves come directly between the user and the respective advertising partner of cbc24/7 come about and in this regard no liability of cbc24/7 arise. In case of any problems, warranty problems, complaints, etc., the user has always to contact directly to the advertising partners and make with this the clarification. cbc24/7 is entitled to change these general terms and conditions at any time.
3 legal relationship between the contracting parties
It is noted that between cbc24 / 7 and the user no legal, in particular labor law relationships exist. A condition for the use of shoca24.com is its legal of age.
It is further noted that the user in case of use of shoca24.com receives no specifications and neither a success is owed nor any other instructions are issued. 4 Warranty and liability

The user is obliged not to offend against legal prohibitions, against the good customs or rights of third parties (copyright, name, data protection rights). cbc24/7 is not obliged to check the internet presence of the user for possible legal violations. Should a breach of contract by the user assert claims of third parties against cbc24/7, then the user cbc24/7 will indemnify and hold harmless. Insofar as liability is at fault, cbc24/7 shall be liable only in the case of intent and gross negligence, the liability for slight negligence is expressly excluded.
